Tareq Qaddumi

Tareq Qaddumi, known to many as @KicksTQ on Instagram is a Kuwait based entrepreneur and artist whose journey bridges boardrooms and basketball courts, culture and commerce. As CEO of Spetco, he leads one of Kuwait’s pioneering oil and gas service companies, driving innovation and growth across the region’s energy sector.

Beyond business, Tareq’s lifelong passion for sneakers, basketball, art, and storytelling led him to found OTB (Out the Box) – a creative agency built on culture-driven marketing and AOTA (All of the Above), a clothing brand that transforms creative expression into wearable identity.

From working with global brands like Porsche, Ferrari, Nike, and Hermes to curating art-driven experiences such as Hoop Dreams, Tareq continues to champion creativity that connects communities.
