Ahmed Sam

Ahmed Sam is the Founder and Head Coach of LFG Dubai, one of the UAE’s fastest-growing fitness communities and coaching platforms. Known for transforming everyday individuals into athletes, Ahmed specializes in building high-performance programs powered by sports-tech, community accountability, and data. His journey began with a personal passion for training, which he has grown into a thriving movement with over 800 curated community members, 100+ weekly run club attendees, and multiple large-scale FitSocial events attracting more than 550 participants.

Under Ahmed’s leadership, LFG has partnered with global brand PUMA and trained over 66 athletes toward their first HYROX competition. His work has been featured in Gulf News, Khaleej Times, Sport Gulf Magazine, Campaign Middle East, TGFM, and Pulse95 Radio. Ahmed continues to inspire the region through coaching, content, and community experiences designed to help young people go from zero to breakthrough—both in fitness and in life.
