Pietro A. is a serial entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in innovation, events, and creative entrepreneurship. He has built and led multiple ventures, achieving one successful exit, one international scale-up, and is now launching a new high-tech FemTech project. He is the Founder and CEO of Penguinpass Sport based in Italy, a SaaS platform that redefines VIP welcoming and hospitality through AI, IoT, and predictive data analytics.Under his leadership, Penguinpass has served as the official event management app for Casa Azzurri (FIGC) during the UEFA Euro 2020 and 2024, managed VIP access for the ICC T20 World Cup (2020–2023), and oversees guest experiences for Snaitech Racecourses in Milan and hospitality for Juventus FC. He is also the Founder of YUSH based in UAE, a HealthTech and FemTech startup merging neuroscience, smart materials, and Italian design to enhance women’s wellbeing, now expanding into sports recovery with NMES-based after-training technology.
