Zalfa Farah heads the Research and Conceptualisation Department at GMOLx, where she develops research-led event concepts for government clients across the UAE. With a background in Communication Science, she previously worked in Amsterdam on events and industry programmes, improving each edition through audience insight and strategic planning while helping shape the next wave of event professionals through conferences and courses. She approaches conversations with the same mix of clarity, curiosity, and straight-forward thinking that defines her work.
