Hind Nezzaghy
Hind Nezzaghy is a People Growth and Sports Innovation Leader whose career began in the corporate world, holding senior roles with flagship organisations including Unilever, HP, PwC, Barclays and Takeda. For more than a decade, she drove people development, organisational growth, and transformation programs across EMEA before transitioning into the sports sector driven by her passion for youth development and community impact.
In sport, she has delivered major events such as the FIFA Club World Cup, UAE Pro League seasons, the Liwa Desert Festival, and the 700-school ADSC/ADEK Championship. At Al Jazira Sports and Cultural Club, she became one of the first Arabic women to lead business sports operations in the UAE, introducing modern sport-tech tools and collaborating with City Football Group to elevate the academy toward Manchester City’s professional model.
Today she co-leads the MENA Champ League, a creator-led sportainment venture built in MENA, for MENA by MENA people. Hind holds a Master’s degree in Finance and is an alumna of the Women’s Sports Directorship Program.
