Rui Lança

Currently serving as the Sports Director for Other Sports at Al Ittihad Club (KSA) for the past 2 seasons, he previously spent 6 seasons at SL Benfica (Portugal) also as a Sports Director. He has worked in professional football in Portugal (Vitoria Setubal) and has published 8 books on leadership and sports management, while collaborating with universities for over 20 years. He is particularly interested in areas such as organizational culture and team management. Having worked in more than 10 countries in these fields, his goal is to build strong structures and organization at Al Ittihad to create a lasting legacy.
