Tomasz Kowalczyk is an innovation leader at the Polish Football Association, where he heads the PZPN Innovation Hub – the first dedicated sportstech program in Central and Eastern Europe. His work bridges global technology with the realities of football, building partnerships with startups, investors, and international federations to pilot solutions ranging from fan-engagement platforms to VAR infrastructure and immersive media.

Before joining the world of football, Tomasz co-founded Rebels Valley, recognized by the Financial Times as one of the region’s leading innovation hubs, and designed large-scale open-innovation initiatives for major corporates including ORLEN, Citi, BNY Mellon, HSBC, and Procter & Gamble.
